Purchases are processed from Monday to Friday (10am-5pm GMT+2) apart from the Greek National Holidays. Please bear in mind that dispatch time may vary for reasons beyond our control such as (personalisation of products, bad weather conditions, payment authorisation delays, strikes, Greek National holidays).

- WORLDWIDE : The shipping cost is 10 euros on all orders via ELTA (dispatched within 2-5 working days)
- UK : We offer free shipping on all orders via ELTA mail ( dispatched within 2-5 working days)
SALE TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) you will be responsible for any custom taxes and duties that may be charged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We hope you are happy with your lilalekka.com purchase. However, if you wish to return it is an easy process!
- We will offer an exchange or refund provided it is returned to lilalekka.com website within 30 working days based on the Greek Law Article 2251/1994.
- Your purchase must be returned in it’s original packaging, in perfect unused condition
- You are responsible for the return & cost of shipping back your purchase to our warehouse
- Please contact us on [email protected] before proceeding with the return so we can easily guide you through the process.
As soon as your order is received by lilalekka.com, please allow up to 5 working days to process the return. We will then email you and and we will walk you through the process of refund or exchange.
Within the EU we will refund all sales taxes. Outside the EU all sales taxes are non-refundable. If you wish to recover these taxes please contact your local customs bureau.
If you wish to exchange your original order with a new item which has a lower price we will refund the difference via your original payment method. As soon as we receive the ‘returning item’ and it undergoes quality control we will be able to process the exchange.
It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
All specially personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
